This policy explains how EnviroGreen Pest Solutions Ltd. ("EnviroGreen," "we," or "us") handles personal information collected through envirogreenpest.ca and through website service enquiries.

When you submit an enquiry or request a quote, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as:

• Your city or postal code.
• The service you need and details about the pest issue.

Please do not send payment-card details, government identification, medical information, or other sensitive information through the website form.

How we use information

EnviroGreen uses enquiry information to respond to you, understand the requested service, prepare or discuss a quote, and arrange pest control service. EnviroGreen handles its own enquiries.

Website providers and processing locations

We use service providers to operate the website and deliver enquiries:

• Vercel hosts the website. Vercel states that its primary processing facilities are in the United States and that it and its subprocessors may process data in other countries.
• Brevo delivers website enquiries to EnviroGreen's customer-support inbox. Brevo states that its databases are stored in the European Union, including France, Germany, and Belgium.
• Google provides Google Maps and, only if you accept optional measurement, Google Ads measurement. Google may process information on servers outside Canada.

Personal information processed outside Canada may be subject to the laws of the country where it is processed.

Google Maps

Google Maps is embedded on the website and loads automatically. When it loads, Google may receive technical information such as your IP address, device or browser information, and the page you visited. The map is separate from the optional advertising measurement choice, so declining measurement does not stop the map from loading. Google's handling of this information is governed by its own privacy terms.

Optional Google Ads measurement

The website asks for your choice before loading Google Ads measurement. If you accept, Google may use cookies and ad-click identifiers to measure visits from ads, successful website quote requests, and clicks on phone links. Customer form values are not included in these measurement events. Advertising-personalization signals are disabled in the website measurement configuration.

You can decline and continue using the website and enquiry form. You can also reopen Measurement settings at the bottom of the website to change your choice.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics 4 is not currently deployed on this website and is not collecting website data. If analytics is introduced later, this policy and the website's measurement notice will be updated before collection begins.

Retention and security

EnviroGreen keeps records of website enquiries for one year. EnviroGreen uses reasonable safeguards intended to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, loss, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your privacy choices and rights

You may ask to access or correct your personal information, or ask a question about how it is handled. You may also withdraw consent for optional Google Ads measurement through the website's Measurement settings. Some requests may be subject to applicable legal requirements.
